Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Minizoft. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Minizoft. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Minizoft, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 7 Days to issue a refund and to Cancel.

Refunds

Amount paid for the Kickoff phase will not be refunded if we got approval from you for the product design.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Chennai, India.
